Survey Prize Terms & Conditions

1. Instructions on how to claim and the Prize (defined below) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. 

2. Promoter 

The promoter is AJ & CA Wooding, trading as POS Cafe (ABN: 21 658 902 865), Queensland, Australia.

3. Competition Period 

The competition commences on 9 February 2025 AEST and ends on 11:59pm 23 February 2025 unless extended by the promoter.

4. Prize Description 

a. The Prize shall consist of USD$50 delivered via Paypal.

b. The total value of the Prize is equivalent to USD$50. There is one Prize available to win. 

5. Eligibility

Entry to the Prize Draw is open to current & previous users of the POS Café app who have received an invitation via email to complete a survey (“Survey”) and submits a completed Survey before the end of the Prize Draw Period.

6. How to enter

a. To enter, Eligible Entrants must, during the Prize Draw Period, submit a survey response via the survey form provided by POS Cafe. Responses provided via any other means (e.g. email) are not valid and will not count as an entry to the prize-draw.

b. POS Cafe accepts no responsibility for any incomplete or illegible entries, or entries that fail to be validly and/or properly submitted.

7. Prize Draw Date & Delivery

a. The competition is a game of chance. All entries properly received by the within the Competition Period will be entered into a draw to be undertaken on the day after the competition closing date.

b. The Prize Draw will be conducted via random number generator.

c. The Competition winner selected from the Prize Draw will be notified via the email address used to complete the survey.

d. To claim the Prize, the Winner must reply to the Promoter with acceptance of the Prize & confirmation of a PayPal-linked email address to receive the prize.

e. The prize will be distributed to the winner’s PayPal account within 7 days of prize acceptance.

8. Privacy 

a. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Competition. Any personal information collected is subject to our privacy policy.
