Table QR codes let a customer scan at their table and land straight on your ordering menu — already set to the right location and table, ready to order for “For Here”.
How it works
Each table QR code links to your ordering page URL with the location and table built in. When a customer scans it, the menu opens for that location and locks the order to that table (shown as the table's “Area – Table” name, matching POS), so their order is tagged correctly for your team.
Setting it up
- Set your Online ordering page URL in Settings → General Online Ordering Settings. QR codes can't be generated without it.
- Open the location's Table Management area in admin to create tables and generate their QR codes.
- Print the QR codes and place them on the corresponding tables.
