Add Tables is the fastest way to create a whole area of tables at once — name them by a pattern, then download their QR codes in a single ZIP. Open it with the Add Tables button on the Table Management page.
Step 1: Dining area
Choose where the new tables go: pick an existing area, or create a new one. (If you have no areas yet, you'll just name a new one.)
Step 2: Table configuration
- Number of tables — how many to create (up to 200 per batch).
-
Naming pattern — how the tables are named:
-
Numeric —
1, 2, 3… -
Prefixed —
T1, T2, T3…(you set the prefix) -
Named —
Table 1, Table 2…
-
Numeric —
- Prefix — shown for the Prefixed pattern (e.g. "T" gives T1, T2, T3…).
- Start numbering from — the first number to use (e.g. start at 11).
- Add tables to POS draft orders — shown only when you're creating a new area. Sets that area's POS draft-orders option (you can change it later). See POS Draft Orders.
A live preview shows the names you'll get before you create them.
Step 3: Review & create
Confirm the area, count, names (and the POS draft-orders setting for a new area), then create the tables. Once they're created you can Download QR Codes (ZIP) straight away, or select Done to return to Table Management.
Tip: QR downloads need your Online ordering page URL set first.
See QR Codes & Online Ordering URLs.
Leaving mid-flow (before creating) prompts you to confirm, since your entered settings aren't
saved yet. Once the tables are created, you can safely leave.
