Where did the "Enable open tabs" switch go?
It was replaced. The setting that adds a table's name to POS orders now lives on the dining area as "Add tables to POS draft orders", and applies to every table in that area. Turn it on via Add Dining Area / Edit area. See POS Draft Orders.
Order links / QR codes won't generate, or show "Set online ordering URL in Settings"
Set your Online ordering page URL as a full URL starting with https://,
under Settings > General Online Ordering Settings, then try again. See
QR Codes & Online Ordering URLs.
Table names aren't showing on my POS draft orders
Check that the table's dining area has "Add tables to POS draft orders" turned on — it's a per-area setting, so it has to be enabled on the area the table belongs to. Areas with it on show a "POS draft orders" badge. See POS Draft Orders.
A table is listed under "Unassigned Tables"
That table isn't linked to a dining area (for example, its area was deleted). Re-create it in an area so it stays organised. See Dining Areas & Tables.
I deleted a dining area and its tables disappeared
That's expected — deleting an area also deletes every table in it, and the action can't be undone. You're warned before it happens. Re-create the tables (the Add Tables flow is quickest) if needed.
Nothing shows on the Open Tabs page
The Open Tabs page only lists open draft orders that are tagged with a table. If it's empty, no table-tagged drafts are open yet. If you see a note that open drafts were found "but none had a table assignment", those orders weren't tied to a table — usually because the area's POS draft-orders setting is off, or the order wasn't started from a table QR. Open Tabs also only reads the 100 most recent open drafts.
I renamed a table — do I need to reprint its QR code?
A table's underlying link is stable, but to keep your printed codes tidy and in sync we recommend re-downloading and reprinting that area's QR codes after changes. See QR Codes & Online Ordering URLs.
I see tables or areas from a different location
Tables and areas are scoped to their location and shouldn't appear under another. If you ever see one that doesn't belong, contact support with the location and table names.
