To ensure lightning-fast load times, POS Cafe caches your menu data for up to 24 hours. If you update your cafe collections, items, or modifiers in the Shopify admin, you will need to manually refresh the POS Cafe cache to see those changes immediately on your POS device. Additionally, we recommend re-syncing your entire Shopify POS app whenever significant changes are made to your Shopify products.
How to refresh POS Cafe
Step 1
Tap on the POS Cafe tile.
Step 2
Tap on Settings.
Step 3
Tap on the Refresh button.

Step 1
Tap on the Connectivity icon.
Step 2
Tap on Store Data.
Step 3
Tap on Refresh All.
Step 4
Wait for the sync to complete. Your Shopify POS app is now fully up to date with the latest changes from your Shopify admin.
