Quick answers to the most common questions. If something isn't covered here, contact support with your store name and the page where you're seeing the issue.

Menu changes re-publish automatically a few moments after you save (edits are batched, so several quick changes publish together). Wait a moment, then refresh the storefront page. If it still hasn't updated, re-save the change and confirm the online menu status shows published.

The block hides the cart icon automatically on the free Shopify themes. If yours still shows, add your theme's cart selector under Advanced → Additional cart selector. This matters because customers should check out through the app cart so their order details apply.

Make sure the Storefront API connection is set up — that's what delivers market-correct prices. When a customer switches currency, the page reloads and both prices and the cart follow the new currency.

Per-location live stock requires local pickup to be enabled for that location in your Shopify shipping settings. Until then, the menu uses the stock from the last publish. The location page shows a nudge banner when this applies.

Check the location's store hours and any date overrides, and confirm its time zone is correct — hours are evaluated in the location's local time.

That's expected. Blank Element Colors show as “Transparent”, which means “inherit the default” — the element still renders a real colour from your base colours. You only set one when you want that element to differ.

It only appears when Show section background is off, because it only applies to the nav-card layout. Turn the section background off to see it.

Confirm your Online ordering page URL is a full URL starting with https://.

Turn off Show debug information under Advanced. It's a troubleshooting tool and shouldn't be on for customers.
