Integrations Overview
POS Cafe integrations connect your Shopify cafe to the apps and devices your team already uses. Orders come in from Shopify POS, your online store or a kiosk, and POS Cafe routes each item to the receipt printers and kitchen screens at its prep area.
Integrations for taking orders
Section titled “Integrations for taking orders”These integrations give customers more ways to order. Their orders are routed to your printers and Fresh KDS just like counter orders.

Section titled “Where to manage integrations in POS Cafe”Fresh KDS, Zapiet Pickup & Delivery and Cloudshelf are listed in the POS Cafe app under Settings → Integrations. Fresh KDS screens are also managed for each location (see Locations), and each printer guide explains how to connect your printer.
