The Online ordering menu card shows whether your menu is published to the storefront. Your menu is published automatically when you update locations, collections or settings. When it’s published, the card shows when it was last published, how many locations have a menu, and how many collections it contains.

Badge What it means
Published Your menu is live on the storefront.
No Online Store menu The menu was published but has no licensed locations, or no collections available to the Online Store.
Not published Your online ordering menu hasn’t been published yet.
Unknown The status couldn’t be checked.

Select Re-publish menu if the storefront looks out of date, or Publish menu if it hasn’t been published yet. Only locations with an active POS Cafe licence are included in the published menu.

The Live menu data and sold-out updates card is an optional setting, off by default. When it’s on, POS Cafe keeps a live list of the items sold out at each location, and online ordering and Cloudshelf kiosks stop selling them until they’re back in stock. The card shows an On or Off badge. See Live Sold-Out Updates for how it works and which items count as sold out.

The Online ordering connection card shows the status of the secure key that powers live, market-correct pricing. The key is set up automatically, so you only need to select Regenerate if the card shows Needs attention or Not set up, or if online ordering isn’t loading the right prices. See Installation & Connecting Your Store.
