App Failed to Load
If Shopify POS shows an “App failed to load” message when you open the POS Cafe tile, the steps below usually get it loading again.
What’s Causing This?
Section titled “What’s Causing This?”The message comes from the Shopify POS app, not from POS Cafe: it means Shopify POS couldn’t start the app it was asked to open, and it can affect any POS app. Shopify has fixed the platform problem that once caused this widely, but a device can still run into it now and then, and the same steps clear it.
